WHILE OPERATING STOKE MACHINE A LARGE LUMP WAS CUAGHT IN THE CRUSHER. THE EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO DISLODGE THE LUMP WITH A BAR WHILE THE CRUSHER WAS OPERATING THE BAR WAS CAUGHT BY A ROLLER AND THE LAST THREE FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND BETWEEN THE BAR AND BRACING BEAM OF THE CRUSHER, CUTTING THOSE FINGER BREAKING REMOVE.
