INJUR WAS LOADING ROCK WITH SCOOP. HE WAS GOING TOWARD CAR WITH A LOAD WHEN HE LOOKED AROUND TO MAKE SURE BUCKET WAS LOW ENOUGH TO GO UNDER TOP BEFORE HE COULD TURN BACK HIS HEAD STRUCK TOP AN D INJURED HIS NECK.
