THE CREW WERE DOING RECLAMATION WORK AND WERE INTHE PROCESS OF BUILDING A BERM TO CATCH LOOSE MATERIAL FROM THE FINISH GRADE WHEN THE WEIGHT OF THE MATERIAL BROKE A 2" HAS LINE THAT WAS ALONG THE OUTCROP, LYING ON TOP OF THE GROUND.
