INJUREED HAD POSITIONED HIMSELF ON THE OPERATORS SIDE OF THE MACHI NE APPROX 8\ FROM THE MACHINE, WHEN SOME DRAW ROCK & COAL FELL FROM THE RIB STRIKING THE INJURED ON THE BACK & ANKLE.
