EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE DRILL STEEL FROM COUPLING. THE HAMMER HE WAS USING SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND. HIS HAND CONTINUED IN A DOWNWARD MOTION AND HIT A PIECE OF SHARP STEEL WHICH WAS PART OF THE BOOM. HE LACERATED THE WEBB OF HIS LEFT HAND BETWEEN HIS THUMB AND FIRST FINGER AND RECEIVED THREE STITCHES.
