AN EMPLOYEE OF WELLMORE COAL\S ELECTRICAL LINE CREW WAS ON TOP OF A WATER TANK PULLING A CABLE TOWARD HIM TO CUT IT IN TWO.WHEN HE PULLED THE CABLE HE LOST HIS BALANCE /FOOTING AND FELL OFF TH THE TANK ONTO THE GROUND (APPROX.8FT.)RESULTING IN CONTUSION TO CHEST /RIBS AND RIGHT SHOULDER.
