ON THE SCOOP THE OPERATOR WAS RUNNING THE LINKAGE GOT OUT OF ADJUSTMENT ON THE FOOT PEDAL. THE FOOT PEDAL HUNG, THE OPERATOR HIT THE PANIC BAR AND DE-ENERGIZED THE MACHINE. THE MACHINE WAS IN LOW COAL AND THE OPERATOR CUT HIS LEG ABOVE THE KNEE ON A ROOF BOLT.
