EMPLOYEE HAD DISMOUNTED TRUCK AND WAS ENTERING SCALEHOUSE BY WAY OF CATWALK. EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON ICE-COVERED SCALES AND FELL ON CATWALK (GRATING) AND INJURED KNEE; HOWEVER THE INJURY DID NOT BOTHER HIM TO THE POINT WHERE HE NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL FLUID BUILT UP ON 3/4/88.
