Bluegrass Materials Company, LLC · Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee lifted improperly and twisted while lifting; metal cover that was lifted weighs 35lbs roughly. Due to positioning, the tech needed to remove the cover to access the filter in the compartment of the 980G. Resulted in back strain.
