EE WAS HAULING DE TO THE STOCK PILE SITE AND WHEN HE WENT AROUND THE CORNER HE SAID THE STEERING LOCKED UP AND HE COULD NOT STEER AND HE RAN INTO AN ONCOMING SCRAPER.

WORKER WAS DOING REPAIRWORK ON THE CONVEYOR BELTING OF THE CRUSHER. WHEN THE CRUSHER WAS TURNED ON AND THE BELTING STARTED TO MOVE UNDER HIS FEET, THE WORKER LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROX. 5 FEET TO THE GROUND. HE LANDED ON HIS BACK.
