55061S WALKING ALONG SIDE OF CONVEYOR LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL.
WORKER WAS DOING REPAIRWORK ON THE CONVEYOR BELTING OF THE CRUSHER. WHEN THE CRUSHER WAS TURNED ON AND THE BELTING STARTED TO MOVE UNDER HIS FEET, THE WORKER LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROX. 5 FEET TO THE GROUND. HE LANDED ON HIS BACK.
