KAWASAKI 902 RIGHT LOADER WAS ON A SLIGHT RIGHT-HAND INCLINE WITH BUCKE TFULLY LOADED. BUCKE TWAS RAISED TO APP 50% OF FULL HEIGHT & STEERING WAS TRUNED ALL THE WAYY TO THE RIGHT. THE GROUND UNDER RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS LOOSE & 50'. WHEN REAR OF LOADER SLID, OEPRATOR PUT ON BRAKES CAUSING THE LOADER TO TIP OVER. THE HOOD COOLIGN OVER TOP FO RADIATOR WAS BENT.
