EE WAS WELDING W/ARCH WELDER HE STOPPED WELDING, RAISED HOOD AND BEGAN PRYING ON PLAT S/PRY BAR. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED, STRIKING EE IN EYE. SAFETY GLASSES WERE PROVIDED TO EE PRIOR TO ACCIDENT.
