WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING SCREENS ON THE DEISTER VIBRATING SCREEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING WHILE CROSSING THE ROCK BOX, REACHING TO HOLD HIMSELF FROM SLIPPED ANYMORE, HE GRABBED THE SHARP EDGE OF THE SCREEN CLOTH AND LACERATED HIS RIGHT HAND (PALM).
