Employee was walking towards foreman, prior to walking between service truck and steel dumpster, made eye contact with mechanic. Proceeded to walk and when got 1/4 of the way through, mechanic blew EE's air horn to indicate wanting to move, traumatizing nerve in the ear.

Employee was told not to cut filters. At approximately 11:50 am employee took a used fuel filter that had been taken off a machine and using a razor knife, attempted to cut into the filter to take it apart and see the inside. The razor knife slipped and employee cut left pointy finger requiring a few stitches.

Miner was greasing equipment and an air bubble prevented the grease from pumping. He had one hand on top of the grease barrel with the other hand holding the pump and hit the tip of his thumb with the grease pump. The velocity with which he hit himself resulted in a cut toward the end of his thumb and later it was revealed that he fractured the very tip of his thumb.
