THE INJURED WAS CUTTING UP ON THE ROCK WHEN THE RIPPERS CUT THRU THE CONTINOUS MINER, JERKED UP CAUSING THE INJURED PERESON TO HIT HIS HEAD AGAINST CANOPY TOP. BY DOING SO IT JAMMED HIS HEAD I NTO TOP OF CANOPY.
