Meisel Rock Products · Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

While cleaning brush up an employee contacted poison ivy. EE went home and had a mild reaction. Today EE's reaction was severe enough to go to see a doctor. EE had reaction on EE's face and stomach.

Miner strained EE's arm shoveling underneath the feeder hopper. Miner did not fill out an 801 until 7-23-25 when EE's arm hurt enough to see a doctor. The 801 was tendered the end of EE's shift on 7-23-25.

replacing a bushing on a screen using a hammer to hit it; spacer slipped off while swinging and hit finger with hammer. Miner stayed the full shift. Finger began aching on Sunday; reported to EE's Doctor 7/11/16 then returned to work.
