SUPERINTENDENT OF MINE SITE, CLEANING SCREENING MACHINE, APPARENTLY ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN RETURN IDLER ON CONVEYOR WITH 64" LONG METAL SCRAPER WAS PULLED BETWEEN THE IDLE AND BELT RESULTING IN H IS DEATH.
