Employee was up on the man lift. Took a pipe to try and bang sand off roller while the belt was running. It pulled the pipe in along with arm. EE pulled arm out, and that pulled skin down to wrist from elbow. Employee was taken down off of man lift and air lifted to hospital

IT APPEARS AT THIS TIME HE ST RUCK HIS HEAD ON SOME OF THE SIDE PLAT BOLTS ANDON THE WALKWAY. PRELIMINARY CAUSE OF DEATH IS A BROKEN NECK.
