Employee was up on the man lift. Took a pipe to try and bang sand off roller while the belt was running. It pulled the pipe in along with arm. EE pulled arm out, and that pulled skin down to wrist from elbow. Employee was taken down off of man lift and air lifted to hospital

Employee was on dock untying the work boat so another EE could go out to dredge and get the engines started. Something rocked the work boat, and IE's middle finger on IE's left hand was crushed between the dock and the work boat. IE had a gash, and knew it was broken. IE went immediately to the local emergency room
Installing rubber tracks on a compact track loader when a back injury occurred. The employee was prescribed medication, physical therapy and is on restricted duty.

Employee had been welding and chipping slag on a dredge pipe all morning. At 12:00 pm he noticed that he felt something in his eye. He does not remember or recall feeling something enter his eye. He was wearing safety glasses, Welding Shield and Hard Hat.

VICTIM WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLIMB ON TOP OF A TRIPLE DECK (4 X 10) SIMPLEX SCREEN TO ASSIST THE PLANT FOREMAN IN UNCLOGGING IT WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL APPROX. 7 FT. IT APPEARS AT THIS TIME HE ST RUCK HIS HEAD ON SOME OF THE SIDE PLAT BOLTS ANDON THE WALKWAY. PRELIMINARY CAUSE OF DEATH IS A BROKEN NECK.
