EMPLOYEE WAS IN A BULLDOZER HOOKED BY CABLE ONTO ANOTHER BULLDOZER. THEY WERE CLEARING HOLLOWFILL AND GETTING READY TO QUIT AND HE GOT OUT OF THE BULLDOZER TO UNHOOK THE CABLE AND COULD NOT GE T IT LOOSE SO HE PULLED ON IT TO LOOSEN IT AND PULLED HIS RIGHT SIDE- POSSIBLE HERNIA.
