IT HAD BEEN RAINING AND HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF STEPPING UPON THE GRADER AND WAS USING THE BLADE AS A STEP AND HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED.HE WORKED THE REST OF THE DAY BUT HAD TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AFTER WORK.
