THE EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING THE CHAIN DRIVE ON TOP OF A CONVEYOR WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL APPROX. 6 FEET TO THE TOP OF A STOCKPILE OF GRAVEL, THEN ROLLED APPROX. 8 FEET DOWN THE SIDE OF THE STO CKPILE, BRUISING HIS LOWER BACK AND LEFT LEG.
