Asphalt Constructors Inc · Struck by falling object

Injury was @ Smith pit EE was removing a back plate from the Jaw Crusher to remove material that had accumulated in the belt area after replacing the drive belt which had broke. The back plate fell on EE's right wrist. Catching it on the tail pulley assembly, hurting his right wrist. All lock out and tag out procedures were followed.
