THE VICTIM IS RECEIVING TREATMENT FOR A RIGHT SHOULDER SPRAIN. HE MENTIONED TO HIS SUPERVISOR THAT HIS SHOULDER WAS BOTHERING HIM ON 8/5/03. HE STATED HE WASN'T SURE WHEN OR HOW HE HURT HIS SH OULDER. THE VICTIM STATED HE WAS GOING TO SEE HIS OWN DOCTOR.
