employee was pulling on cable. Rolled one eye-cutting bolt was rolling the other when back started cramping-tried to stand up-back popped-could not stand up straight.
EMPLOYEES WERE REMOVING SCREEN. WHEN SCREEN WAS FLIPPED TO SET UP IT CAME INTO CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEE'S WRIST, AND CUT HIS LEFT WRIST. THE EDGE OF THE SCREEN WAS BENT.
