EMPLOYEES WERE REMOVING SCREEN. WHEN SCREEN WAS FLIPPED TO SET UP IT CAME INTO CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEE'S WRIST, AND CUT HIS LEFT WRIST. THE EDGE OF THE SCREEN WAS BENT.

EE WAS DRILLING THROUGH METAL, THE DRILL BIT HUNG UP AND SPUN THE DRILL AROUND WHICH MADE THE DRILL HIT AND CUT THE EE'S LIP. HE HAD "5" STITCHES PUT IN HIS LIP.
