EE WAS OBSERVING THE FOREMAN WELDING ON A HOPPER. THE REFLECTION OF THE WELD BURNED HIS EYES.
EE WAS HOLDING A BLOCK OF WOOD FOR AN EXTENSION TO PUSH. THE BLOCK SLIPPED AND THE TRACKHOE BUCKET PRESSED AGAINST HIS HEAD. THIS PUT HIS HEAD IN BETWEEN THE TRACKHOE BUCKET AND A METAL FRAME ON THE SETUP HE WAS WORKING ON.
