Employees were trying to get the cable to the dredge by pulling the rope through the shackle. Coworker 1 gave the green light to coworker 2 to put tension on the rope. As they put tension on the rope, injured employee ran to the front of the boat to get the knot through the shackle. As coworker 1 told them to move their hand, the tension had already pinched their finger.

Cable came out of spool on the ladder hoist and caught employee's hand
Two employees were trying to remove a coupling from an electric water pump. Injured employee had hand near the water pump and the employee trying to remove the coupling with a maul hit the injured employee's finger.
Maintenance/changing on dredge cutter head

Employee was removing bolts from a Flange connecting 2 pieces of pipe .The incline pipe going to the gravity box was being held by a chain connected to a trackhoe, EE took all the bolts out of the flange except the bottom bolt. While removing the last bolt the side of the pipe not being held fell pinning a finger between the flange and a concrete block.
