THE DRIVER WAS 8UMPING A LOAD OF GRAVEL AND WHEN HE LET HIS BED DOWN A ROCK LODGED BETWEEN THE BED AND TAILGATE KEEPING IT FROM CLOSING WHEN HE GRABBED THE ROCK TO REMOVE IT HE SLIPPED AND THE TAILGATE SHUT 2N HIS FINGER.
