EE STATE HAD BEEN WEARING EYE PROTECTION ALL DAY IN SHOP BUT A T SOME POINT HAD RUBBED EYES WITH BACK OF HAND AND FEELS TRANSFERRED METAL SLIVER TO LEFT EYE. EE LEFT WORK EARLY FOR MINOR IRRIT ATION DID NOT STOP AT OFFICE FOR TREATMENT. LATER THAT AFTERNOON EYE IRRITATED AND WAS ACCIDENTLALLY TREATED AT HOME WITH EAR DROS WENT TO ER FOR TREATMENT OF CORNEAL BURN AND ABRASIONS. TEMP
