EE WAS USING A 1 1/2" HOSE TO CLEAN OFF A CONCRETE PAD. HE HAD HIS RT HAND ON THE NOZZLE TO HOLD IT. A BASEBALL SIZE STONE BOUNDED OFF THE PRIMARY SCREEN (#3) STRIKING HIM ON THE B ACK OF HIS RT HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE.
