Aggregate Resource Crushing, LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

ARC Crushing Supervisor sustained a fracture and laceration to the fingernail area of right index finger while manually adjusting conveyor skirting at Spring Butte Quarry. The injury required surgical stabilization and has resulted in restricted duty.

Employee began to experience pain to left side lower back and rib cage. Employee thought it was from shoveling wet material(mud &/or rock). EE was diagnosed with strain to left lower back/rib cage.
