EMPLOYEE HAD HIS THUMB HIT BY A CHAIN WE WERE USING TO ADJUST LIGHT TOWER AT 125 OF PRIMARY. THIS TOOK OFF HIS NAIL & CUT THE THUMB SO HE WAS GIVEN 9 SUTURES.

EMPLOYEES WERE REMOVING THE BACK PLATE OF THE NORDBERG SCREEN PLANT TO INSTALL NEW SCREENS. THEYUNBOLTED THE PLATE AND STARTED TO REMOVE THE PL ATE WHEN IT SLIPPED OUT OF THEIR HANDS RESULTING IN A BLUNT FORCE INJURY TO EEMPLOYEE'S FOREARM WHEN IT FELL.
