EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PULL APART A HYDRAULIC QUICK COUPLER WHICH WAS DOWN IN AN AWKWARD LOCATION.HE WAS PULLING ON THE HOSE WHEN HR FELT A PULL IN HIS BACK BETWEEN HIS SHOULDER BLADES THAT RESULTED IN SHARP PAIN IN THAT AREA OF THE BACK.

EE HAD BEEN OPERATING A LOADER - WHEN HE STOOD UP TO TAKE A BREAK HE NOTICED HIS BACK WAS GETTING SORE. BY THE END OF THE DAY HIS BACK WAS STIFFENING UP WITH PAIN ACROSS HIS LOWER BACK.
