EE WAS SHOVELING MATERIAL OFF THE BELT OF THE ROLL PLANT THAT HAD STOPPED WORKING. WHEN HE FINISHED, HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
ON THE 18TH EE NOTICED PAIN IN THE JOINT OF HIS LEFT ANKLE. HE DID NOT HAVE SWELLING, BUT IT BECAME STIFF WHEN IT WAS NOT BEING USED. HE SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT ON FRI 19TH.
EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING WEDGES IN THE IMPACT CRUSHER WHEN A FOREIGN BODY GOT IN HIS EYE.
EE HAD BEEN OPERATING A LOADER - WHEN HE STOOD UP TO TAKE A BREAK HE NOTICED HIS BACK WAS GETTING SORE. BY THE END OF THE DAY HIS BACK WAS STIFFENING UP WITH PAIN ACROSS HIS LOWER BACK.
