WHILE ASSISTING WITH CHANGING SCREEN ON THE WASH PLANT. ONE EE LIFTED AND TWISTED THE SCREEN CAUSING OTHER EE TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL. EE STRUCK HIS HEAD CAUSING A LACERATION.
