THROUGH A LENGTHY INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS EE'S DEGENERATIVE DISK DISORDER WAS AT LEAST IN PART WORK RELATED, MAKING IT A LOST TIME REPORTABLE ACCIDENT. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT LONG TERM HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION CONTRIBUTED TO THIS EE'S BACK DISORDER WHICH CAUSED HIM TO MISS WORK FROM 4-13-98 TO 5-29-98.
