Miner stepped down off plant ladder and rolled ankle. Miner was using three points of contact and was wearing full top steel toe boots. Ground conditions were smooth and well kept.

Employee was trying to pull the wheels out from the stacking conveyor. He was pushing quite hard on the wheels when he felt a "pop" in his right knee.

EE WAS UNDOING CHAINS ON LOADER ON LOWBOY TRAILER. EE'S LEFT FOOT WAS CAUGHT UNDER TRAILER AS TRAILER WAS BEING LOWERED. HE SUFFERED CRUSH TYPE INJURY TO LEFT FOOT, BUT NO REPORTED BROKEN BONE S. DR ADVISES 3-5 DAYS OFF WORK. THIS WAS LAST DAY BEFORE LAY-OFF.
