THE DOOR WENT UP AGAINST A 4K LB BREAK REPAIR MACHINE WHEN I NAME CLOSED THE DOOR THE BREAK MACHINE FELL DOWN ON HIS LEFT FOOT THE ACCIDENT HAPPEN ON THE 6-1-84 ARE DAY OFF WAS 6-2-84 HE TRIED WORKING ON IT 6-3-84 HOLD BACK UP AND WAS OFF WORK 6-4-84.
