Chavarria Construction Inc · Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

EE not sure of what happened other than his eye began to bother him. EE was sent to the doctor the following Wed. due to his eye condition. SAIF has been investigating this incident and has turned this case over to the Infectious Disease Control Dept. on 4/13/11 due to the nature of the eye infection.
