EE was working on the 953i screen plant at Hardrock changing screens. While changing screens they had the discharge belt laying on the ground and EE went to step on the belt that was approximately 1.5 feet off the ground. while stepping up on to the discharge belt EE's left knee popped sending extreme pain in to EE's left knee and lower leg.
