EMP WAS DRIVING UP RAMP TO DUMP ROCK INTO FEEDER THAT GOES TO CRSUHER. HE DROVE TOO CLOSE TO EDGE OF RAM, HIT LOOSE DIRT LOST CONTROL OF TRUCK TURNED TRUCK COMPLETELY OVER DUMPING ROCK AND TH EN LANDED UPRIGHT ON TIRES.
