Lee Excavation Inc. · Fall from scaffolds, walkways, platforms

While installing cold weather enclosure on crusher, crusher owner, stepped on an unstable platform causing enclosure to tip over and causing owner operator to fall approx. 10 feet onto his back on catwalk below. Causing four broken ribs on his left side and a fractured left wrist.
