A SWARM OF BEES HAD ATTACHED THEMSELVES TO A BELT. WHEN THE EE'S DISTURBED THE BEES, THE EE WAS STUNG.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO WELD DAMAGE ON SAND FLUME. EE PLACED HIMSELF IN A POSITION OF STANDING ON MOIST GROUND. EE INSTRUCTED HELPER TO PLACE GROUND CLAMP APPROX 6 FT AWAY. WHEN WELDER STRUCK AN ARC HE WAS SHOCKED ON RT ARM.
