EE CRUSHER OPERATOR WAS STRUCK ON NECK AND UPPER BACK WHEN A ROCK BEING FEED INTO CRUSHER FELL OUT OF HOPPER AND STRUCK EE OPERATOR HAD APPRACHED HAPPER AND NOT ADVISED LEADER OPERATOR FEEDING CRUSHER. HARD HAT WORN AT TIME OF INJURY.
