WHILE BLOCKING A CONVEYOR BELT, EMPLOYEE PULLED A BLOCK OF WOOD (TOWARDS HIMSELF) WHICH GAVE WAY SUDDENLY, PUNCTURING HIS LEFT KNEE AND LEAVING SPLINTERS OF WOOD IN THE KNEE.
