EE WAS ADJUSTING CHAIN ON CRUSHER CONE TO TIGHTEN CONE ONTO PLANT WHEN LEFT HAND SMALL FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN CRUSHER & CHAIN. CHAIN TIGHTENED & EE PULLED HAND AWAY LEAVING GLOVE & END OF FINGER CAUGHT BETWEEN CHAIN & CRUSHER. EE WAS TAKEN TO OFFICE, GIVEN FIRST AID & TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL - COULD NOT ATTACH FINGER TIP.
