CHAIN TIGHTENED & EE PULLED HAND AWAY LEAVING GLOVE & END OF FINGER CAUGHT BETWEEN CHAIN & CRUSHER. EE WAS TAKEN TO OFFICE, GIVEN FIRST AID & TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL - COULD NOT ATTACH FINGER TIP.
