EMPLOYEE IN REPORTING TO HIS BOSS A NEED FOR TESTING SUPPLIES STUMBLED AND CAUGHT HIMSELF WHILE CROSSING UNDER CONVEYOR WHEN HE STOOD UP HE STRUCK HIS HEAD ON A BRACKET THAT HOLDS A GUARD IN PLACE THERE BY CUTTING HIS HEAD THE CUT WAS DEEP ENOUGH TO REQUIRE STITCHES HOWEVER HE WAS ALLOWED TO RETURN TO WORK BUT OUR SHIFT HAD ENDED
