Connell Resources Inc · Struck against stationary object

Manually loading screen into skid steer bucket. Wet and muddy conditions. Slipped in mud and caught right hand thumb in screen resulting in laceration and possible broken bone in tip of thumb.

Employee moving stacker and shoveling dirt into ruts made by tires. Leaning on shovel with left hand, pressed the button to move the stacker with his right hand and the frame of the stacker pinched his finger on the shovel handle. Shovel handle was at just the right angle that it wedged into place when the stacker frame contacted it. Required six sutures on left index finger.
