WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DISLODGE A ROCK IN A CONE CRUSHER ANOTHER ROCK HIT EE'S LEFT HEAD. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT EE WAS UTILIZING A STEEL BAR FROM BEHIND A PROTECTIVE GUARD. EE'S LEFT HAND WAS SWOLLEN AND BRUISED BUT NOT FRACTURED.
