Taylor Northwest LLC · Over-exertion in lifting objects

Carrying ANFO to drill holes from pallet & stemming holes. Bags of ANFO weighed 50 lbs each. Tenderness felt @ 11:00 AM (described as muscle ache). Incident did not get reported until 10/12/22 (when medical evaluation was sought).
