EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A LOADER, HE HIT A ROCK OR BUMP & IT CAUSED HIM TO HIT HIS LEFT RIB CAGE ON THE ARMREST OF HIS SEAT. THE IMPACT FRACTURED A RIB ON HIS LEFT SIDE. HE WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT.
