Cass County Crushing Company Inc · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO FREE A CONVEYOR BELT BY APPLYING DRESSING (SPRAY). IN THE PROCESS HIS LEFT HAND GOT CAUGHT IN THE HEAD PULLEY. EMPLOYEE FAILED TO DISENGAGE CLUTCH BEFORE APPLYING BE LT DRESSING. EMPLOYEE'S HAND HAD HAD THE SKIN DAMAGED AND NO BROKEN BONES.
